Jinan FWD Forgings Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhangqiu Industrial Zone of Jinan, an age-old district widely known as the “Hometown of Blacksmiths.” Leveraging the region’s mature and comprehensive forging industry cluster, we specialize in manufacturing premium industrial forgings.
As a fully vertically integrated manufacturer, we maintain comprehensive in-house capabilities spanning the entire production process, including forging R&D, forging production, heat treatment, precision CNC machining, and complete physical and chemical testing. Our facility holds official manufacturing qualifications for special equipment and is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
With consistent product quality and a well-established global export network, our forgings are widely used across key manufacturing industries in both domestic and international markets, serving customers in more than 30 countries and regions worldwide.
Our Production Equipment
Our factory is furnished with a complete array of state-of-the-art forging equipment, including a 4000 & 5000 hydraulic press, 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer and 2.8-meter ring rolling mill. We support mass production of large & special-shaped industrial forgings such as ring forgings, main shafts, gear blanks and wheel forgings with an outer diameter within 2.8 meters. Our machining precision and output capacity consistently rank among the industry’s leading standards.
A full set of auxiliary supporting machines is deployed on-site, including dedicated electric heating furnaces, annealing furnaces, CNC saws, vertical lathes and milling machines. This allows fully independent in-house manufacturing covering billet heating, forging forming, heat treatment and precision finish machining.
We maintain an in-house standardized physical & chemical testing laboratory equipped with full inspection instruments: optical spectrometers, low-temperature impact testing machines and NDT non-destructive flaw detectors. We carry out three-tier quality control inspections on blanks, rough-machined semi-finished goods and finished components respectively, enabling complete traceability of product quality across the entire production cycle.
Our Products
We provide custom manufacturing services for a wide range of industrial forgings, working with diverse materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, and superalloy. Our core product portfolio spans six major categories: shaft forgings, disc and flange forgings, forged round bars, open-die forgings, closed-die forgings, and gear blanks—covering nearly all mainstream industrial forging varieties.
