FWD Forgings is located in the Zhangqiu Industrial Zone of Jinan, a region historically recognized as the “Hometown of Blacksmiths.” Leveraging this mature industrial cluster, we operate as a dedicated industrial forging manufacturer supplying high-integrity forged components worldwide.
As a vertically integrated manufacturer, we maintain complete in-house control over the entire production cycle—from engineering R&D and hot forging to controlled heat treatment, precision CNC machining, and comprehensive metallurgical testing. Our facility holds official manufacturing qualifications for special equipment and is certified to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
We process a broad range of raw materials, including carbon steel forging, alloy steel forging, and stainless steel forging grades. Through strict process verification and a well-established export network, our forgings serve equipment manufacturers, EPC contractors, and industrial distributors across more than 30 countries and regions globally.
Production Infrastructure & Precision Testing
Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty forging setups, including 4,000-ton and 5,000-ton hydraulic presses, a 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, and a 2.8-meter CNC ring rolling mill. These capacity foundations support the mass production of large and complex industrial forgings—such as seamless ring forgings, heavy main shafts, gear blanks, and crane wheel forgings up to 2.8 meters in outer diameter.
To maintain full in-house control over lead times and quality, we operate a full suite of supporting equipment, including dedicated electric heating furnaces, heat treatment annealing furnaces, CNC band saws, vertical lathes, and milling machines. This integrated setup allows us to manage every step under one roof: billet heating, hot forging forming, tailored heat treatment, and precision finishing for fully machined forgings.
Quality verification is backed by our in-house physical and chemical testing laboratory. Equipped with optical emission spectrometers, low-temperature impact testing units, and non-destructive testing (NDT) instruments, we execute a three-tier quality control protocol across raw material blanks, rough-machined parts, and finished components to guarantee complete batch traceability.

Engineered to customer specs and drawings, our core manufacturing scope covers five major product categories:
- Special & Non-Standard Forgings：Open-die and closed-die custom forgings engineered for complex, heavy-load industrial machinery.
