Strict Quality Control

We implement a full-range, standardized quality control system covering the entire forging production process, ranging from raw material incoming inspection, forging forming and heat treatment to finished machining and final delivery. Our in-house laboratory holds official CNAS accreditation, serving as a national-level comprehensive testing platform with authoritative third-party testing qualifications. We are fully equipped to conduct professional tests including metal material spectral composition analysis, gas content detection, mechanical property verification, and metallographic structure examination. All forgings undergo strict inspections on material composition, dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance, surface quality and internal defects, with rigorous sampling verification and full-process production traceability to eliminate potential quality risks. Complying with stringent industrial standards and customized customer technical specifications, we continuously optimize quality management procedures, stabilize product consistency and structural reliability, and deliver high-quality, qualified custom forging solutions for diverse industrial application scenarios.

Common Processable Materials

We support customized forging and precision machining services for a comprehensive range of commonly used industrial metal materials, covering alloy steel, carbon steel, low-alloy structural steel and stainless steel to meet diverse engineering and mechanical manufacturing requirements. Our mainstream processable material grades include carbon steel such as SAE 1045, EN CK45, JIS S45C and EN S355JR, as well as high-performance alloy steel series including SAE 4130, SAE 4140 / EN 42CrMo4, SAE 4340, SAE 5140 and SAE 8620. We are also proficient in processing premium carburizing and quenching alloy steels like EN 17CrNiMo6, EN 18CrNiMo7-6, EN 30CrNiMo8, EN 31CrMoV9, EN 34CrNiMo6 and BS 708M40. In addition, we deliver reliable processing for stainless steel materials including ASTM 304 / EN 1.4301 / JIS SUS304 and ASTM 316L / EN 1.4404 / JIS SUS316L, as well as ASTM A572 Gr.50 structural steel. With mature processing techniques tailored to the mechanical properties of different metals, we ensure stable material performance, precise dimensional tolerance and excellent surface quality for all custom forged parts.
