Our complete processing workflow includes CNC milling and CNC Reishauer gear grinding for high-precision tooth surfaces, paired with tempering heat treatment and chrome plating surface finishing to boost wear resistance and service life. We fully support OEM & ODM customization and welcome sample orders for customer verification.

Strict quality control runs through the whole production process: machinery test reports and outgoing inspection videos can both be provided upon request. Our annual production capacity reaches 500,000 pieces to support small trial batches and large bulk orders efficiently.

For shipment, we supply standard export packaging or tailor-made packaging solutions. The standard package dimension is 1000cm脳1000cm脳1000cm with a gross weight of 10,000kg. The lead time for orders of 1 piece is 30 days, while delivery schedules for bulk quantities over 1 piece can be negotiated separately.
