Comprehensive Description
The product has a complete core production system, adopting the full-process process of Die Forging + Machining + Finishing, with the forming process being Pressure Casting. The basic material is steel, which can adapt to various carbon steels, stainless steels and alloy steels such as 4140, 4130, A1050, F11, 5140, 304L, 316L; meanwhile, it can also provide optional materials including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Bronze, Iron, Aluminum Alloy, etc. as required. For heat treatment, Quenching can be adopted, and customized solutions such as Quenching & Tempering, Carburizing & Quenching, High-frequency Hardening, Carbonitriding can also be provided as required. The surface treatment adopts Passivation, and customized treatments such as Carburizing and Quenching, Tempering, Tooth surface high quenching hardening can also be realized. After treatment, the surface hardness of the product can reach HRC50-56, the hardening depth is 8-12mm, and the maximum hardness can reach 55-60HRC.
The product has excellent machining accuracy: the forging tolerance is controlled within +/-0.5mm, the machining tolerance can reach +/-0.01mm, the surface machining adopts Grinding process, which can finish the processing of Finished bore, Pilot bore and special customized holes. The supporting processing technologies cover the whole processes such as Molding, Shaving, Hobbing, Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, Manual Chamfering, Grinding, etc. Meanwhile, it can realize the complete gear processing procedures including Gear Hobbing, Gear Milling, Gear Shaping, Gear Broaching, Gear Shaving, Gear Grinding and Gear Lapping, with the gear pressure angle of 20 Degrees, the precision grade up to DIN 5 to DIN 7, the module ranging from 1 to 4, and the tooth number ranging from Z15 to Z70.
The product has strong adaptability in specifications: the shaft shape is Straight Shaft, and the appearance can provide Round Bar, Square, Shaft, Ring, Cylinder and other styles. The size can be customized according to customer drawings and ISO standards, with the conventional size range of Min Dia 100mm, Max Dia 6000mm, and the maximum length up to 6000mm. The product is strictly produced in accordance with multiple international standards such as ASME, ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, BS, and has a number of authoritative certifications including CE, RoHS, ISO9001:2015. It supports OEM and ODM customized services, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 meters, which can fully meet the mass and customized needs of different industries.
