1. Steel Ingot Selection & Inspection:Material Selection & Preparation.

Select premium carbon, alloy, or stainless steel stock (e.g., SCM 415, 4140, 4130, 316L). Raw material chemistry is verified via spectrographic analysis prior to heating.

2. Hot Die Forging & Shaping:Precision Die Forging.

Steel billets are heated and forged using heavy hydraulic presses and die forging processes. This refines the internal grain flow along the shaft contours for optimal torsional strength.

3. Full Machining & Gear Cutting:Machining & Gear Processing.

Shafts undergo turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, and specialized gear cutting (Gear Hobbing, Shaping, Milling, Broaching, and Grinding) to achieve modules from 1 to 4 and tooth counts from Z15 to Z70.
