We are a professional custom internal ring gear manufacturer based in Henan, China, producing circular internal gears via hobbing and CNC milling processing. We fully support customized tooth profiles, sizes and material grades, with optional raw materials including 17CrNiMo6, AISI4140, 40CrNiMo, bronze and other alloy steels as requested by clients.

Our product range covers inner ring gears, planetary gears, sun gears and planetary carriers, with single workpiece weight ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons. Two mature heat treatment processes are available: carburizing and nitriding, which greatly improve surface hardness, wear resistance and service life of gear components.

As core mechanical transmission parts, inner gear rings transmit motor torque and bear heavy loads stably. Featuring compact structure, high transmission efficiency and outstanding reliability, they are extensively applied in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical and non-metallic mining industries.

All finished gear rings are packed in sturdy wooden cases for long-distance transportation. The standard package dimension is 100cm * 100cm * 100cm with a gross weight of 100,000kg, safe for global sea and land shipping.
