All planetary gears conform to international standards including DIN, GB, ISO, JIS, BA and ANSI. Our machining capacity covers gear hobbing up to module 40 and gear milling up to module 50. Multiple professional heat treatment processes are supported: hardening & tempering, surface quenching, integral quenching, carburizing quenching, tempering, normalizing and nitriding to extend gear service life and improve surface hardness.
