Long Shaft Forgings for Mining Equipment
Comprehensive Description
Our core product is the 20CrMnTi long shaft manufactured via hot forging. Besides shaft parts, we are capable of producing forgings in various shapes including rounds, bars, squares, rings and cylinders. All dimensions can be fully customized, with forging tolerance controlled within 0~+5mm.
Regular alloy grades available: C45, 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi
Compliance standards: National GB Standard, as well as international norms ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS and BS
Quality certification: GB/T19001-2016 & ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
Heat treatment options: Tempering, Quenching & Tempering, Normalizing, Annealing
Primary surface processing: Rough machining
