Our multi-step special shaped forgings adopt hot open-die & closed-die forging technology, featuring multi-stage variable diameter stepped structure and irregular special profiles.
We produce stepped shaft forgings, special shaped die forgings, multi-step ring forgings for mining, wind power, machinery, automotive and petroleum equipment. Available materials: 42CrMo, 40CrNiMo, H13, stainless steel, carbon steel.
Complete processing support: heating, forging, rough machining, heat treatment (annealing, quenching & tempering), flaw detection. Continuous metal grain flow inside forgings, high toughness, anti-fatigue, no internal porosity, fully customized drawings & sizes, export standard wooden packaging.
