Roll Shaft Forgings

Our core product covers rollers and roller sleeves specially manufactured for mineral roller presses, serving as the core wear-resistant components of energy-saving mineral crushing equipment. These roller parts are designed for crushing various brittle raw materials including limestone, sandstone, shale, cement clinker and blast furnace slag, and match two mainstream roller press types: finish grinding roller press and combined grinding roller press.

Compared with traditional ball mills, the complete roller press equipment equipped with our rollers delivers prominent superiorities: lower operating noise, higher grinding efficiency, less steel abrasion loss, lighter overall weight, smaller floor occupation and simpler on-site installation. The roller assembly consists of fixed rollers and sliding rollers. The fixed roller is bolt-locked on the machine frame, while both ends of the sliding roller bear compression force from four hydraulic cylinders, reaching a pressure of approximately 100KN per centimeter.

We supply two structural roller options for customers to select: sleeved rollers and integral forged rollers. All rollers adopt high-performance forged steel as raw material, which guarantees outstanding comprehensive mechanical performance and extended service life. The outer diameter of our rollers ranges from 500mm to 1500mm to fit different model specifications of roller presses.

To strengthen wear resistance, we adopt hard surfacing overlay welding with wear-resistant welding wires as the surface hardening process. After treatment, the roller surface hardness reaches HRC55-60, supporting a long service life of 8,000 to 10,000 working hours. Multiple overlay welding textures are available to meet different crushing demands, including grooved, circular corrugated, herringbone ripple and inclined grid corrugation patterns. In addition, we support convenient on-line overlay welding repair service for worn rollers to reduce equipment downtime and replacement costs.
