Our brand provides fully customizable closed die hot forged CNC metal parts and supports flexible OEM and ODM customization services. We adopt open die and closed die hot forging technologies, with the forging tolerance precisely controlled within ±0.5mm. The weight of single finished part can be customized from 0.2kg to 150kg, and all products are manufactured strictly in accordance with customers’ technical drawings. We are capable of processing steel, aluminum, copper and other metal raw materials, and offer quenching heat treatment as well as multiple surface treatment solutions including sand blasting, galvanizing, chrome-plating and nickel-plating to meet different usage requirements.
