Comprehensive Description
We provide one-stop OEM & ODM custom metal component solutions, supporting sample production as well. Our integrated production line covers forging/casting, precision CNC machining and various surface treatments.
We process multiple raw materials: grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper and brass. Parts weight ranges from 0.02kg to 120kg, all sizes customized per customer drawings, with machining tolerance up to ±0.02mm.
Multiple heat treatment options are available: annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, induction hardening and solution treatment. Surface finishing includes polishing, anodizing, sand blasting, zinc plating, galvanizing and black oxide.
Equipped with full inspection equipment such as CMM, hardness tester and roughness tester, all products pass strict quality tests. Our factory holds ISO9000, TS16949 and ISO14001 certifications, manufacturing parts following ISO, DIN, AISI, ASTM, JIS standards.
Our metal parts are widely applied in automobiles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, hydraulic valves, pumps and transmission assemblies, including brackets, gear housings, flanges, shafts, sprockets and other custom mechanical fittings.
